Made from the sap of the coconut tree blossoms (Cocos nucifera), this 100% natural sweetener is rich in minerals such as iron, zinc, magnesium, calcium, and potassium. It is ideal for baking and beverage mixes as a 1 to 1 replacement for regular white sugar, brown sugar, or cane sugar.

Organic Coconut sugar is low in Glycemic Index. It will be digested slowly by the body.
