Cilembu sweet potato is the most famous tuber native to Indonesia, popular since the 1990s. In general, they are traded in the form of baked sweet potatoes/in the oven, apart from being processed in the form of chips, tape, lunkhead, snacks, jams, sauces, flour, various cakes, noodles, and syrups. When roasted, it will release a kind of sticky liquid, sweet honey, making extra energy and a distinctive taste, sweet like honey. The color of the skin and flesh of sweet potatoes is reddish cream when raw and yellow when cooked. Keep away from direct sun, store in a place with lots of air.
